Our Wines
| Petit Chablis :it is harvested on the plateaux. This is a pleasant and cheerful wine which is especially drunk young, alone or with delicatessen or oysters. It is then fresh, elegant and charming. |

| Chablis : it's excellent young. Therefore, we often drink it at this stage of maturation. However, it improves with time and can be kept for many years. This wine is perfect for aperitives or with seafood, goat milks cheeses. |

| Chablis Old Vines Vintage : it's produced from vines of more than 50 years. It's a very complex, full-bodled wine to be tasted with dishes in sauce (fish, white meats, etc...) |

| Chablis Premier cru "Les Fourneaux" (First Quality Wine) : this is a wine with great texture and a long lasting final taste to be drunk between 2 and 8 years according to the vintage. |
