| Chablis : it's excellent young. Therefore, we often drink it at this stage of maturation. However, it improves with time and can be kept for many years. This wine is perfect for aperitives or with seafood, goat milks cheeses. |

| Chablis Old Vines Vintage : it's produced from vines of more than 50 years. It's a very complex, full-bodled wine to be tasted with dishes in sauce (fish, white meats, etc...) |
